She’s the newest housewife on the block in Melbourne.

But that hasn’t stopped Susie McLean using her new found fame for a good cause.

The country darling posted a busty photo of herself at an AFL training session with Carlton player Bri Davey – completing a challenge to help raise funds to keep children safe from violence.

Pairing a red singlet with a deep v-neck with a pair of black tights, Susie put on a busty display while showing off her tanned and toned arms.

The picture, shared with her 18,000 Instagram followers, showed the 47-year-old catching a Sherrin football at a grassy reserve in Port Melbourne.

At the time of the picture, though, she had retained a full face of makeup and appeared to have barely broken a sweat.

Another sign the training session may not have been as gruelling as expected is the wide grin on the Toorak socialite’s face.

Susie is raising funds for former AFL footballer Jake Edwards, who is gearing up to embark on a 250km trek and cycle across Cambodia for charity.

Others supporting Jake include Susie’s Housewives co-star Pettifleur Berenger and women’s AFL players Briana Davey, who challenged Susie to the training session, and Abbey Holmes among others.

Earlier this week, fellow Housewife Pettifleur completed an aerobics challenge with former AFL player Campbell Brown .

Jake Edwards was de-listed after just four years playing AFL.

In 2014 he attempted suicide, and has since rebuilt his career around a dream of mentoring young players, helping them battle problems with substance abuse and depression.

He will complete the 250 kilometre trek in November to raise money for the Alannah and Madeline Foundation which helps to keep children safe from violence, and his famous friends are helping with the fundraising.

Using a free app called VDROP, ordinary people are encouraged to offer the participating celebrities donations in return for the completion of a filmed dare.

According to the Foundation’s website, challenges so far include a dance off, an AFL training session and a rap off.
